To maintain goals in one’s life, it is very essential to stay disciplined. The discipline committee strives hard to regulate the students’ behaviour in accordance with the predefined rules of the college. Proper code of behaviour and dressing is instilled in the students and necessary disciplinary actions are taken to monitor the students under the able guidance of the Dean and the Supervisor.

The Finance Committee monitors and controls the expenditure, budgeting and planning during the various activities of the college. The committee is also responsible for any collection, comprising of penalties or donations to be accounted for accurately.

This is the motto of the Cultural Committee which works round the year, planning, organising and executing various cultural events to break the monotony of academic pressure. The cultural events provide entertainment, apart from preparing the students for real life by strengthening their personal skills and providing a platform to display their versatility.

The arduous task of preparing the timetable for the entire academic year is accomplished by the timetable committee. The committee is instrumental in implementing a well constructed timetable establishing a natural rhythm and routine which is comforting to teachers and students. The committee also ensures optimum utilisation of allotted time to help students achieve their desired goals in both curricular and extracurricular activities.

Examination committee is an apex body of the Institution authorised to conduct examinations and make policy decisions in regard to organising and holding examinations, improving systems of examinations, moderations etc  and also preparing a schedule of examinations and declaring the results. Their diligence and meticulous planning ensures the smooth functioning of the assessments.

Creating social awareness among our students is the need of the hour.

Campus outreach and consultation services are provided as preventive interventions to promote mental wellbeing of the students. Dedicated outreach efforts allow the Counseling staff to connect with students who may need help. Exclusive committees and cells like Grievance cell, Anti-Ragging cell cater to the redressal of students’ issues and emotional wellbeing of the students. On the occasion of the United Nations International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, street plays and skits are performed by students to spread awareness about drug abuse and its harmful effects on the youth. Awareness programmes by the Police Department are conducted annually to focus on ways to avoid drugs and to reach out to those who are in the clutches of the  inclination. NCC cadets participate regularly in Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan programmes contributing to the realization of  a Clean India.

Indeed we are located at the heart of the city and this may endanger  our students. But our excellent safety resources and everyday safety precautions, provide a safe environment where the entire student community can feel comfortable and safe. Our extensive information system sends out alerts via sms and phone calls to parents of absentees, and the strategically placed cameras monitor the corridors and classrooms ensuring the safety of the students.

Academic enrichment and excellence along with various departmental club activities facilitate the accomplishment of the integral identity of our students. The college provides students the support, skills, knowledge, and experience to make the successful transition from course to career. All departments organise club activities to enhance students’ practical knowledge integrated with the classroom learning atmosphere. The plethora of Clubs ensure exposure of our students to a multitude of activities; also helping them develop their subject knowledge in a practical sense through industry visits, guest lectures, seminars and other collaborative and interdisciplinary events.
